Custom Mailer Boxes

Custom mailer boxes are outer packaging for branded parcel deliveries. Define what goes into each shipment, its packed dimensions and the handling conditions before choosing a design from the collection. HC Packaging develops custom paper packaging around the delivery brief and brand artwork.

SELECTION GUIDE

Start with the packed shipment

Packed dimensions
Measure the product together with any protection or presentation box. Allow for the full contents rather than the unpacked item alone.
Delivery conditions
Share product weight, handling risks and the intended delivery route. Confirm board grade and any required pack tests before production.
Assembly and print
Describe how the box will be assembled and closed. Specify exterior branding, interior print and label space in the artwork brief.

Balance delivery requirements with brand presentation

Corrugated packaging and printing are available within HC Packaging's manufacturing network. The board construction and cushioning requirements are selected for your packed product and route. Discuss print placement and die-cut layout without assuming a standard strength rating or transit-test result.
