Define the carton before finalizing artwork

Dieline and fit: Provide a dieline if you have one, or share product dimensions and a sample reference. Confirm internal fit before finalizing print artwork.
Packing process: Describe how the carton will be erected, filled and closed. State whether the packing process is manual or machine-assisted.
Board and finish: Discuss board grade against product weight and carton construction. Mark fold lines, glue areas and decorative finishes on the artwork brief.

Bring construction and print into one specification

HC Packaging's manufacturing capabilities include printing, die cutting and automatic gluing. Confirm the paperboard specification, folds and closure for your carton rather than assuming a standard thickness. Discuss lamination or spot UV where suitable for the artwork and packing process.
