Pop-Up Lipstick Set Packaging: Plan the Opening and Reveal

A pop-up lipstick presentation combines the outer opening with an inner display movement. Plan the reveal with the complete lipstick assortment and verify it on a working sample before fixing the artwork.

Define the reveal

Describe what should become visible when the package opens and where each lipstick should sit. Include the packed dimensions of the products. The display example uses an elevated row within an opened case; its dimensions do not define a new design.

Review movement with the products loaded

Open and close the sample with the full assortment in place. Check clearance around the products, the reach needed to remove them and any printed panels that move during the reveal. Agree how the mechanism is supplied and how it is set up during packing.

Coordinate the packing sequence

Document when the lipsticks are inserted and how the display is closed for delivery. Review the artwork in both the closed and revealed positions. Keep the working sample and the contents allocation together when approving the presentation.
