Facial Device Packaging: Plan the Device Profile and Accessories
Facial device packaging should fit the actual device and its companion parts. Record the profile, charger and attachments, then review how the complete kit is arranged and removed from the fitted package.
Define the complete device profile
Include protruding parts and the configuration in which the device will be packed. Add the dimensions of the charger, attachments and printed information. Use this list to discuss recesses or separate spaces for the kit.
Review the support with the device
Place the actual kit into the proposed support and check the points of contact and removal access. The facial-device presentation example holds a device upright within a fitted space. Confirm the material and required performance for the proposed construction.
Coordinate access and instructions
Try the recipient’s opening sequence and locate instructions where they can be reached. Review the assembled package with all accessories loaded. Approve packaging requirements independently of any cosmetic or therapeutic performance attributed to the device.
