Two-Tier Box Strength: Define the Load and Review the Complete Pack

Two-tier box strength must be considered with the actual loaded configuration. Define the contents and use conditions, then agree an evaluation of the complete construction instead of relying on the number of tiers as a strength claim.

Record the load on each level

List the packed items and their weights on the lower and upper levels. Include removable trays or supports. Explain how the package is lifted, stored and transported so that the proposed construction can be discussed against its real use.

Review supports and access

Check the loaded sample for clearance and the relationship between the levels. Observe the proposed supports and opening sequence. Record any visible movement or deformation for discussion, while keeping those observations separate from an agreed performance test.

Agree the evaluation before approval

Define the required handling or load evaluation with the supplier using the actual packed set. Document the configuration and acceptance requirements. Approve the sample and any required results together; no universal strength rating follows from a two-tier appearance.
