Packing Serum Gift Boxes: Coordinate Bottles, Information Cards and Gift Notes

Packing a serum gift box starts with a complete contents list and a clear place for each bottle, product card and gift note. Once the outer format is chosen, walk through filling and checking the set so that the recipient receives the intended assortment and information.

Match the bottles to a packing list

List every serum variant in its finished container and assign its place in the proposed set. Give packers a layout that distinguishes similar-looking bottles. Use the agreed support arrangement and keep extra cards clear of the bottle positions; any transit requirement needs its own project evaluation.

Prepare the product cards and personal note separately

Use product descriptions and directions supplied and approved by the brand. Match each card to the appropriate serum rather than writing new efficacy promises for the gift packaging. If the order includes a personal note, identify where it belongs and how recipient-specific messages are checked.

Walk through the final closing check

Fill a sample in the intended order, then check bottle identity, card identity and the note against the packing list. Confirm that the package closes without trapping loose paper or putting pressure on the contents. Record the accepted sequence and version of the packing instructions before preparing the full assortment.
