Perfume Sample Packaging: Allocate Vials and Fragrance Information

Perfume sample packaging needs a clear relationship between each vial and its fragrance information. Allocate the samples and cards first, then review access to every item in the proposed discovery-set arrangement.

Build the sample schedule

List the filled vials with their closures and labels. Record which fragrance name or card belongs to each one. Include any outer wrap that changes the packed dimensions. The layout should follow this schedule rather than a generic compartment count.

Check identification and removal

Place the samples in the proposed pack and verify that each can be identified and removed. Review the readability of vial labels and accompanying information. Keep the assortment order consistent between the artwork, cards and packing instructions.

Approve the complete discovery set

Review the closed pack, opened arrangement and contents together. Confirm the proposed surface finish with a sample and keep the specification identifiable. Define any handling or transit requirement for the actual vial construction and packed set.
